  • Problems with third party game providers

    If a game freezes or kicks you out while the game is in play, your wagered currency and game is completely safe. If you are playing a single player game such as a slot or table game, simply reload the game and it should resume where it left off. If your game has been rewinded or shows that it hasn't started yet, your payout outcome won't have changed due to its unique seed ID being assigned at time of wager.   • Referrals & Welcome Offers
    Galactica has a welcome offer system for new users and a referral system for content creators / influencers! You can locate this feature under Account > Settings > Offers. To use a referral code when signing up, you will need to enter your affiliate referral code within the first 24h upon account creation. Clicking a referral link will fill in your referral code box during the sign up stage. Players who sign up using a referral code will receive a free crypto boost in the currency of their choice ranging from $1 - $1,000. It will also help earn currency for the user whose code they entered. Referral codes may only be used once, and the currency gained from a referral code may not be tipped to another player, only wagered or withdrawn. You can find your personal referral code to start earning a percentage of player deposits via Account > Settings > Offers and will earn a percentage of the deposits of players who used your referral code or link. The amount you earn can be viewed on this page and is relative to the number of players who used your code to sign up and their deposit size. Your account must be atleast level 5 in order to participate in Galactica's referral program. Please note that in case your account is older than 24h, you will no longer be able to manually enter the code. Evidence of referral code abuse by use of multiple accounts or other means will result in an account ban.
  • Weekly Bonuses
    Among many of our bonuses, we offer Weekly bonuses (boosts) every Friday. These are posted once a week in your boost section and available to all players level 2 and higher. Weekly bonus is calculated by your weekly wager and level, therefore the more you have wagered in the last 7 days, the bigger your bonus will be. Consecutively collecting your weekly bonus each week will increase your weekly bonus! Weekly bonuses are paid out in the crypto of a players choice and deposited into their wallet. The weekly bonus can be wagered, withdrawn, or tipped instantaneously. The maximum amount for a weekly bonus is $10,000.
  • Social Bonuses
    As one of the many ways to reward the most active users, Galactica has prepared for you some bonus drops which are posted to our Instagram and Twitter at random times! Once you see a new bonus drop code posted, you may enter it via Account > Settings > Offers. Social drops only last for a limited time and have a limited number of redemptions. Please note that players must be at level 2 or higher in order to redeem social bonus codes.
  • In-Game Bonuses
    In-Game bonuses are bonuses given out to users who are quick enough to catch them. Players level 2 and above may notice the Galactica logo blinking purple, meaning a bonus has been triggered. Clicking the logo before it stops blinking will award the player with a boost to their bankroll in the form of a cryptocurrency of their choice. In-Game bonuses are completely random and only occur when a player is actively wagering currency. In-Game bonuses range from $5 to $10,000 in the form of crypto. This currency is immediately available to be wagered, withdrawn, or tipped to another player! Good luck!
  • How do deposits work?
    Upon verifying their account, players can deposit currency to start playing on Galactica. Players can deposit crypto or use a debit/credit card to fund their account. Galactica currently accepts crypto deposits of Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Ripple, DogeCoin, Tron, and BinanceCoin. Players have their own unique wallet address for every cryptocurrency that is tied to their account. Crypto balances can change up to once per minute to reflect the current price of the currency they are playing with. All crypto price data is gathered from Coinbase. Almost all major credit cards are also accepted.
  • How do withdrawals work?
    Players can withdraw any amount of currency from their account at any time. Crypto transactions require users to be withdrawing an amount equal to or greater than $5.00 and will have a small amount (usually between $0.15 - $0.50) taken from their withdraw amount to cover gas fees. Players are urged to enable 2FA to protect their account from fraudulent withdraw attempts. Players who deposited currency with a debit/credit card can set their bank account or use a card as a payout method for withdrawing their funds. Bank payouts require users to be withdrawing an amount equal to or greater than $5.00 and there are no fees for withdrawing to a bank or card. If a player doesn't wish to use their bank account as a payout method, they may exchange the FIAT currency on their account for a cryptocurrency of their choice and have it sent to their wallet. Converting FIAT currency to crypto has no transfer fees.
  • What is tipping?
    Galactica allows players to send currency to friends and other accounts instantaneously through the tipping feature. Players can access the tipping feature through the wallet pop-up window. Tipped currency appears in the receiving players balance where they are able to wager, withdraw, or re-tip said currency to another account. There is no limit to how much a player can tip, so players are urged to enable 2FA on their account to protect themselves from fraudulent tipping attempts. Tipping is irreversible if improperly executed such as sending currency to the wrong user. Players who are receiving unwarranted tips may disable tips via account > settings > transactions > tipping.
  • Buying cryptocurrency with a debit/credit card
    Players who wish to play with crypto but don't have any to deposit may use their debit/credit card to purchase some via our Moonpay, our official cryptocurrency provider! Players can access this feature via the 'Buy Crypto' tab via the wallet tab where they are taken to Moonpay. Your Galactica wallet will be pasted automatically into Moonpay when you're redirected. Please note that using Moonpay submits you to Moonpay's Terms of Use. We are currently developing a system to allow players to purchase crypto directly from Galactica. This will have zero fees and allow the currency to deposit into the player's account instantly. Expect this to arrive towards the end of 2023!
  • My withdrawal hasn't been credited
    There are a few reasons why your withdrawal didn't reach your wallet and the most common one is an unconfirmed transaction. Every transaction has to be confirmed before it is credited to a destination address. The number of confirmations needed depends from wallet to wallet. Some wallets require only 2 confirmation, while some other wallets require 3+ confirmations. Another important reason that you didn't receive your funds is that your withdrawal is "stuck" on our site. Your withdrawal can be stuck if the amount withdrawn is quite large and it needs to be manually processed by our administrators. This is for the protection of your funds and will be credited to your account upon being confirmed as legitimate by our administrators. You may be unable to immediately withdraw funds without wagering at least once in order to prevent coin mixing.   • Parlays & Multibets
    Parlays are a series of straight bet wagers grouped together in order to create bigger payouts. Each bet on the parlay must win bet in in order for the parlay to cash in. Players can add up to 30 bets onto your parlay slip. If one of those picks results in a push/void, don’t worry. Parlay bets don’t lose on a push. That specific pick is just removed from the parlay bet and the potential parlay payout drops accordingly. A parlay loss will be altered if there is a future game alteration that changes that outcome of the parlay, such as a boxing win being changed to a loss, and currency will be paid out accordingly. If you win a parlay, you won't lose your winnings even if there is a future alteration that changes the outcome of your parlay. Once your parlay cashes the currency you earn will never be revoked.
  • Why is the cashout feature unavailable on my bet?
    The cashout feature offers a customer the opportunity to take a return on a bet placed before the bet has reached its conclusion. It is available on selected events and markets both Pre-Match and Live for Singles and Multi bets. If you choose to cashout (if available) you simply need to click on the cashout button next to your bet in the ‘My Bets’ section of the site. The cashout amount will then be credited to your account. Please note that the final result will then have no impact on the outcome of your bet.
  • Void Bets
    If you see that your bet was marked as "Void", it means that your bet amount has been returned to your balance. If you have a multi-bet where one of them is voided, then it simply means that odds for that one are counted as 1x. Odds on the bet slip won't be updated, but the payout will be shown correctly. Players who wager using cryptocurrencies will experience balance changes to reflect the current prices of their crypto.
